Rider training

Compulsory Basic Training (CBT)

The foundational course for all new riders, ensuring you have the basic skills and knowledge to ride safely on the road. CBT is the quickest way to get riding — complete it in a day and you can ride a moped or, with L plates, a 125cc motorcycle.
